Does This Practice Accept Insurance? Aetna Provider - most Aetna plans are in-network. All others, we offer a statement (super bill) to submit to insurance for out -of -network benefits. Insurance companies typically cover 30-70% of their allowed rate. Some cover more.

How Soon Can I Be Seen? We can typically offer an initial evaluation appointment within 1 - 2 weeks.

How do I submit a superbill? While our practice is not responsible for out of network reimbursements, here are some questions and steps to consider:

• call the member number found on your insurance card.

• tell your insurance provider that you would like to submit a superbill for psychiatric services. 

• ask how much will they cover for an out of network psychiatric evaluation and ongoing psychiatric services.

• ask where you can send the superbill (ie, fax number), and how you can follow up to ensure they received it.

• the insurance company should then send you the reimbursement money.  Ask what the timeline is for receiving your reimbursement, confirm they have your address (or how you will get it), and what number you can call or how you can track your payment.
